This deposit will be applied towards your jewelry purchase. Deposits are non-refundable, please contact us with rescheduling requests.
Cancellation Policy
You are sure to love your permanent jewelry! If your chain becomes detached within 14 days of your service, we will happily re-weld it for you at no cost. This may indicate that the jump ring has loosened. Should you need to remove your jewelry for any medical reason, your first re-weld will be complimentary! For any subsequent re-welds, a $10 fee will apply by appointment. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for broken chains, lost jewelry, allergic reactions to metals, discoloration, or tarnishing. Remember, while permanent jewelry is durable, it is not unbreakable. Like all fine jewelry, it can break if subjected to excessive pulling or mishandling. If you have to cancel for any reason, please inform us through Whatsapp +(297) 560 8331 at least 1 day prior to your booking. Deposit will be forfeited.
